Our Difference
Texans for Excellence in Education aims to improve the quality of education in Texas. We believe that school board trustees have the power to govern public schools as per Texas law. Districts and the school board should maintain open communication and transparency with parents and taxpayers. This includes ensuring that school policies are in line with the needs of the students in the district and not driven by political agendas.
Education should be the top priority and personal ideology should not influence classroom instruction. Texas should be the model of education moving forward and we will work in partnership with school board Trustees to ensure they have the necessary resources to set top standards, support teachers, and make students the top priority.
